We are proud of the jewelry we ship out each and every month. We hope you are just as proud to wear it. At Bezel Box we spend a lot of time sourcing high-quality products that is 100% lead and nickel free and that is sturdy and not prone to breaking. Unfortunately jewelry can break or have minor flaws from time to time. We inspect our jewelry before packaging it but that doesn’t mean that pieces can’t rub together during shipment and become damaged. We have a Director of Customer Experience who doesn’t have a good day unless we’ve made a customers day a little brighter. When you join Bezel Box you are joining a subscription club that values you as a customer. We want to make sure that you are taken care of and your experience is as memorable as our jewelry. Most companies aren’t too quick to advertise that they have ever messed up. Well we have on occasion made mistakes. But we fix them them and then go above and beyond to make sure that you are still satisfied. Here’s an example:
